This is a display problem we have on certain High Resolution Windows devices. Once you enter in the sync settings, Passwords Plus will sync and your data will come from the secure cloud onto your device. You can find your Sync ID by having it emailed to you OR by looking in your Sync Settings on another device that is syncing to the same Passwords Plus account. Note that the email address is case sensitive.

Enter in the email address that you used to set up the account.

When you see the welcome screen, enter in the Master password that you believe to be correct (even if it wasnвЂ™t working prior to this).

If you donвЂ™t have self destruct turned on or if itвЂ™s set to a very high number of missed passwords, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the app. To do this, enter in a wrong password 5 times (the default for self destruct).

Allow Passwords Plus to вЂњself destructвЂќ on the device where itвЂ™s not working.

If you do have a sync account set up, it is relatively easy to get back up and running: If you havenвЂ™t set up SamePage sync and donвЂ™t have your data in the secure cloud, contact us here. This is rare but if it does happen, it means that the database on your phone has been corrupted and needs to be redownloaded from the secure cloud. In order to do this, you will need to know your email address and Sync ID so you can log back into your sync account to get your data back. To fix this you need to uninstall and reinstall the app so that everything is put back where it belongs.

When the app then goes to sync, it canвЂ™t find the data. This is most likely caused by another app (most often OneDrive) moving the Passwords Plus CS folder out of the documents folder and into the cloud. If you have moved or renamed your database, you can restore your information by selecting File-Restore and navigating to the database file. We have restored the database to default settings. The password database could not be located. Log in with the same sync settings you have been using (which can be found in Sync Settings on your first device).

Note: Mac purchases are separate from iOS purchases so you need to purchase once for Mac and once for iOS if you want to use Passwords Plus on both. You need to be logged into the Mac App store with the same Apple ID as when you first purchased the Mac app. If your first device was NOT Windows, you will have to purchase a license from inside the app by clicking вЂњBuy or ActivateвЂќ.ДЇor Mac: If you already purchased a Mac license through the Mac App store, the trial should automatically turn into a full working copy.

#TR PASSWORDS PLUS SERIAL NUMBER#

To turn the trial into a full working copy:ДЇor Windows: you can use the serial number from when you purchased your first Windows device. The sync setting can be found in Passwords Plus under Settings and then Sync settings. Then log into your Sync account using your sync settings (email address and Sync ID) that you are using on the first device. Next, install Passwords Plus and enter in the SAME Master password as you are using on your first device.
